As Chief Operating Officer, Rick is accountable for Medi-Spa Services business performance, partner strategies, and operations.  His focus is on ensuring Medi-Spa Services delivers on its mission and creates the value necessary to sustain its market leadership with key stakeholders including clients and partners.

Rick is an experienced global executive.  For more than twenty years he has helped accelerate the growth of organizations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. As an executive, business development leader, and consultant Rick has built and managed sales and service organizations, streamlined operations, and forged strategic alliances for capital equipment, professional service, marketing, pharmaceutical, and financial solution providers.  His 25+ year business career includes more than ten years of experience in Asia markets, including three years as an expatriate.  
Rick is a graduate of Harvard University, a John Harvard Scholar, and a Michael J. Rockefeller Memorial Fellow.
